Shipping & Delivery
We are delivering products within Europe. We take great care in delivering our handcrafted products to you. We partner with reputed national/international logistics partner to ensure timely delivery, such as, DHL Express, DPD, PostNL.
If your delivery address is outside the EU/EFTA, you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please refer to your local customs office for further information. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Duration
Our products is made entirely by hand by our skilled artisan partners in small batches. Sometimes it can take up upto 4-5 weeks for the entire process to complete. If the products are in stock, we will process the order timeline mentioned below. On the product page of our website, for each product, we will indicate if the product is in stock.
The general delivery time within the Netherlands is 2-5 days, and within Europe, 5-12 days. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. Once the product is shipped, we cannot cancel or make any changes in the order.
Tracking
You will receive tracking details in your email. If you have any issue with a delay in the packet, using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email, your package can be tracked. Remember, for international orders sent via PostNL, it might take up to two to four weeks for the package to get to your home.
